どなたにも隔たりなく接する姿勢にいつも
平常心を失わずし、やんわりとしたつけ場に
凛とした空間。1年振りのすぎたさんです。
最近はメモも取らないことも多くなりましたし
下手したら写真も撮らなかったり…と
随分、食の楽しみ方も変わりました。
『一番辛口の日本酒を。』からその後はお摘みに
あわせたタイミングでガリ酢で割った米焼酎を。
お摘みと握りで構成されたおまかせをいただきました。

今回は、おまかせが中心でも半ばおこのみで
いただける流れとなりました。
断然、赤身より白身派ですし何より好きなものは
火を通した蛸。蛸は2種類をいただきましたが
もうもうキメ細かで繊細で美味し過ぎました!
地元の愛知、三重の海域でも美味しい蛸は多く
揚がり丸1杯購入し調理しますが、どうしたら
こんなに滑らかに柔らかく仕上がるのか?
…チビッとお聞きしたので時季にトライします!
先ほど、写真の整理をしていてつくづく実感。
ホント多く食すことが出来なくなりました(笑)。
撮り忘れもないはずなのになぁ(笑)。巻物まで
辿り着けぬままオデザの玉で終了です。
