いざというときの隠し球であり、決め球でもある、私にとってのとっておきのお店です。
この日も旧友とともに別館へ。そういえば、本館で一度も飲んだことがないような気がする。でも、別館の方が勝手知ったる店なので、落ち着きます。
お任せ(3500円)しかないので、だまって座っていればお通しから出てきます。本日は、豆腐とクリ-ムチーズの味噌漬け。このチーズが濃厚で、ビールのつまみにばっちりです。
お造りはシマアジと鯛。炙った皮もパリッとしている。身は塩で。
塩焼きの鰆はふっくらと厚みがあります。鶏つくねと春野菜、里芋の揚げ饅頭と、食べ応えのある料理が続いた後に、牡蠣の茶碗蒸しが出て、〆の蛸の土鍋ご飯となりました。
生ビール、日本酒の日高見、新橋のおやじ、しゅわしゅわの「風の森」などをいただいて、一人当たり約7000円。日本酒がいいものでも1合1300円ほどなので、心置きなく飲めます。
