神楽坂は奥深いですね。行っても行っても新しい素敵な店が登場します。尽きない面白さ。恐れすら感じます。
今回は割烹。神楽坂上の交差点を牛込神楽坂に向かって進んだ左手にあります。若いご主人とおかみさん(?)の2人で切り盛りしていて、接客にも心づくしの丁寧さや心配りを感じます。
夜のコースは3種類。税サ込み11880円を予約しておきました。海老と冬瓜に出汁のジュレが載った料理がスタート。赤と緑の万願寺唐辛子にふわふわの食感の縮緬山椒がかかった料理に純米の田酒を合わせました。椀はさっと炙ったスズキとじゅんさい。スズキの香りと旨みが出汁に逃げ込まず、しっかりと味わえます。お造りはしまえび、コチ、関あじ。塩で食べるのもいい。
琵琶湖でとれた稚鮎のお寿司、島根のワタリガニの身とうち子、パリパリに焼きあがった若鮎の干物、はものがんもどきと茄子は、もひかん娘がビキニを着た「ビキニ娘」でいただきました。
〆のご飯は甘いとうもろこしの炊き込み。おこげもいい出来。水菓子は佐藤錦と桃。
いやぁ、どれもおいしい。完璧。お酒もいいものがそろっています。一人当たり15000円弱。ぜひ再訪したいと思います。
