ここまででコースは終了とのことなので、特に感動した鰆、穴子、白甘鯛を追加。
デザート パンナコッタ

ドリンクは、生ビール→繁枡サカナジャポン→白糸55の順でいただきました。
個人的には
・鰆、白甘鯛の炙った香りに橙の柑橘がベストマッチしているところに、さらに一味の辛味が少しあるのが良いなと。
・穴子です。って言われていつもと違うビジュアルで戸惑うと、食感がいいので是非と。少しだけ炙った香りと身が絞まる感じがコリコリより少ししっかりした歯応えでとてもおいしかった。
全ての握りが美味しく2周目行きたいくらいのレベルで、茶碗蒸し、あら汁はもちろんのこと、デザートのパンナコッタが優しい甘味のなかにわずかな天草の塩が入ることで、アクセントとなり、より甘味を感じられて、本筋じゃないはずのデザートまでとても美味しく食べられました。
日本酒はいずれも福岡のものを。
サカナジャポンは魚に合うし、白糸55はフルーティーでとても好みでした。
1時間30分ほどのコース時間に、追加も含めて2時間ほど。お会計は15000円弱でした。
私にとってはとても贅沢なランチになりましたが、忘れられない思い出の食事になりました。
