前々から予約の電話はするものの中々実現せず行けておりませんでした。
今回たまたま2階で取れたので初訪問。
皆さん書かれている入店方法ですが、建設業に携わる者なのですぐに分かりました。笑真っ暗になる前だったためですが。いいですね。
さあ、お料理ですが
皆専門店の実力の高さには驚きました。
1️⃣サザエの壺焼き
他所の壺焼きとは格が違いました。
内臓部分の美味しい事!苦味はほぼ無く旨味なのです。どんなことをしたらこうなるのか!
出汁を加えて飲むお汁の美味いこと!
2️⃣長崎産の生牡蠣
臭みが全く無くナチュラルで万人受けしそうな生牡蠣です
3️⃣牡蠣の天ぷら
蒸し、生、フライはよくあるけれど天ぷらは初めてかもです。水っぽさが無く、その分旨味が濃縮されていて大変に美味かったです。
