お目当てはもちろん「間人蟹(たいざかに)」
ここ数年の我が家の恒例行事でございます。
今年はお仲間を集って貸切会を開催しました
笑い声の絶えない良い食事会となりましたよ。
参加者さまに厚く御礼申し上げます。
さて、今更ですが間人蟹…
間人漁港は、小型の底引き網船が4隻だけの
小さな漁港。小型の船なので天候が荒れた日
には漁が出来ません。特に12月から2月の冬
の厳しい折には、海が荒れ漁が出来る日が限
られてしまいます。そのため、間人漁港に蟹
が水揚げされるのは極限られており、間人蟹
が“幻の蟹”と呼ばれる所以なのです。
間人港の底引き網船は常に近場の漁場で網を
引き日帰り漁を行っています。そのため、
蟹の鮮度と肉質を落とすことなく水揚げでき
るのです。蟹の漁場に最も近い間人港だから
こそ、日本一の活きの良い蟹を手に入れる事
が出来るのです。
またせり市が行われる前に、水揚げされた蟹
を地元漁師が、蟹の大きさ、身の入り方、
指のそろい方などを厳正にチェックし、
約50段階に細かく選別されます。
万が一、セリの途中に少しでも質の悪い蟹が
見つかれば再度選別がおこなわれ新たにセリ
が行われます。
このように、徹底された監視があるからこそ、
全国から最高級ブランドと認知されているの
でしょう。

幻の蟹、毎年ありがたく頂いておりますw
今年の蟹も立派なものでございました。
その身は蛋白でね、甘みが上品なのです。
蟹を食べだすと皆さん寡黙になりますよwww
だまって間人蟹の身を穿るのです…が、
約1名だけは蟹食べながらでもゲラゲラ…
この方、ウケます。ワタクシ大好きな方です。
毎年の行事なのではありますが…
何分お値段が高くてね (T_T)
この日、夫婦で約100,000円の出費…
これが1食の食事代ですから普通じゃない。
まさに京都の清水寺から飛び降りる心境。
毎年この料金を聞くその瞬間…
ワタクシの蚤の心臓が止まりそうになります。
イヤ、止まる時もございますwww
でも…来年も来たい。多分来るだろう。
予約が取れたならば来るに違いない。
夫婦で100,000円。
これを12ヶ月で割ると月額8,333円。
これを30日で割ると…1日278円です。
ワタクシ来年の蟹に向け毎日278円の貯金
そうです、278円男になるのです。
