瑞浪駅1140集合、いつものマイクロバスで黄葉を眺めながらひたすら登ります。
長良川の子持ち鮎が大将と共にお出迎えです。身は薄いですが卵がパンパンで最高の味わいでした。鮎はしばらく会えません。お供はランソンブラックラベル。
仔鹿、仔猪、仔熊と進み、〆は熊鍋。
味わい深いジビエはいつにも増して素晴らしいものでした。
