今回もお任せで。お酒もほぼお任せでした。
突き出しは夜鳴き貝とみる貝のぬた。酢味噌に少しだけ辛子が効いています。続いて雲丹。山陰産かな?濃厚な旨味はビールなんかじゃ引き立たない。日本酒へ。続いて水貝。大抵は歯ごたえばかりだけどこちらの水貝は違います。肝醤油で。
その他刺し盛り、白甘鯛塩焼き、天然鮎唐揚げなど。
今回は少し塩分控え目?だったけど誠実なお料理を頂戴いたしました。
