和牛処助春さんにはもう何年振り⁈めっちゃ久しぶりの訪問です。
伺ったのは平日の昼1時前でしたが先客4組程。約20分程度待って案内されたのは2階。4人席にふたりでゆったりと座る事が出来ました。
◉ミンチカツ&ステーキセット(1170円)
助春名物ミンチカツにサイコロステーキが付くランチ限定セット。ご飯と味噌汁も付いて来ます。ご飯は大盛無料…もちろん、お願いしましたよ〜(^^;;
お肉は柔らかくて一口噛むと旨味がジュワッと感じられます。約80gとの事でしたが見た目の割に食べ応えがありました。
暫くして揚げたてのミンチカツが登場!過剰な味付がされて無い分お肉本来の旨味がストレートに感じられます。食感もふんわりジューシーで肉汁が口の中に広がります。自家製とんかつソース&味噌たまり醤油で交互に味変しながら美味しく完食しました。
以前はお店裏にあったあの入口激狭の駐車場が無くなっていてビックリ!お店斜め向かい(北西側)のモータープール(月極駐車場)内に数区画の専用駐車場が設けられていました。店名と番号の書かれた赤い看板が貼られていたのでスグ分かると思います。
