2011年初訪問。
同僚に紹介され、それ以来、時々このお店に来てます。
印象は、魚がおいしい店。小倉駅のほど近くです。
一階はテレビありの完全な大衆居酒屋のカウンターとテーブル席、
二階は外観や一階の雰囲気からは予想できませんが、
やや薄暗くムーディーな部屋でテーブル席が4つあります。
メニューは300円ぐらいから。
よく注文するのは、刺し盛り980円~。1人前ですが2人で分けても十分な量があります。
個人的には、メンボウの肝あえが特に好きです。
その他、ハムカツ、牛スジ土手焼き、イカ天ぷらなど。
安いのにしばらく間が持つメニューには『スルメの天ぷら(300円)』があります。
後は日替わりメニューがありますので、その中から、珍しいものをいただいてます。
例えば、先日はこんな感じです。
『鮪かまトロ刺し(1200円)』
うおっ!脂が乗っていて口に入れるとジュワー。
『ハコダイのバター焼き(400円)』
火を通してキュッと引き締まった白身にバターの香りが食欲をそそります。
皮の部分が弾力のある食感で旨い!
ドリンクの種類はひと通りありますが、日本酒、焼酎などは種類が豊富ではありません。
焼酎はキープ(黒霧島)あり。
寿司や白ご飯、貝汁などもありますので、つまみ=おかずと組み合わせて定食風にも出来ます。
鍋料理や、予約のコース料理もあるようです。
接客は愛想が良いとまではいいませんが、自然体で肩に力が入らない感じが良く、テキパキ働かれています。
気軽に行ける安さと、魚の旨さが光る食堂だと思います。
