永来権(えらごん)
兵庫県芦屋市大桝町
ご店主の渡辺氏が2008年鶏割烹のお店をOPEN。2017年移転リニューアルに伴い、焼鳥メインに業態チェンジ。使う鶏は、ご店主が宮崎の養鶏場と共同開発したオリジナルの「押岡地鶏」。17:30〜、20:30〜の二部制。この日は後半20:30〜の回で、〆提供が23:30頃だったので、約3時間コース。

〈先付〉
・夏野菜の冷製茶碗蒸し。じゅん菜、トマト、オクラ、さやいんげん、とても夏らしい一品。
〈焼きもの7種〉
・抱き身、ズリ、ねぎま、ぼんじり、とうもろこし、ハツ、つくね
〈お口直し3品〉
・湯葉どうふ、青大豆の厚揚げ、お漬物
抱き身。パリッとした皮目の焼き加減がかなり好み。口直しの湯葉豆腐を挟んで砂肝。流れが素晴らしいなと。恐らく、湯葉豆腐で口の中の脂をさっぱりさせてからの砂肝への流れ。
一品料理は、お一人2〜3品を目安にコースとは別注。白肝の低温煮、3種の芋のポテトサラダ、胸肉の昆布締めを注文。流石、割烹上がりとあって一品料理のどれも素晴らしい♩
焼鳥の合間に野菜串でアクセントをつけるでなく、一品料理を挟みながら進むのが個人的にはとても好き。焼鳥もコース仕立てで高すぎるなと感じる店も増える中、大好きな鐘ヶ淵「鳥田中」と同様、こういった構成だと、満足感は跳ね上がる。焼鳥屋ではなく、鶏料理店である。
2部制で有名店だし、1時間半くらいでサクッと回されると思ってたのだが、すべて丁寧で手抜きなく、3時間掛かっても全く気にもならず。おまかせコース以外の追加一品など、設定が上手いとも思うが、払った金額に対する満足度(コスパ)は相当に高い。また近いうちに絶対に伺います!
