RAKUMI is one of two restaurants in GARAKU, a luxury hot spring hotel alongside the Jinzu river. Firstly, GARAKU is no ordinary hot spring hotel. The design is modern and artsy, with art pieces (paintings, sculptures, furniture) decorating nooks and crannies around the property. All rooms are unique, and the definition of luxury comfort. TRESONNIER is the French restaurant, while RAKUMI is the Japanese restaurant. You can choose between the two for dinner, while breakfast will be at RAKUMI.
During our meal, we added the Wagyu Shabu Shabu to our meal, which the staff helped cook and serve us. The meal itself had dishes designed around seasonal foods like persimmon, figs, wild mushrooms, and other autumn treats, since this was an October meal. All dishes were beautifully presented, and complex. RAKUMI has the option to pair each dish with a local sake. In TRESONNIER, each meal would be paired with local wine. This meal will be pricey, but it has a level of sophistication not often found in the rest of Toyama. Enjoy!
楽味はオシャレのリバーリトリート雅楽倶の中にある和食料理屋です。季節な材料を使った料理はメインですね。私たちは秋に行きましたので、柿やイチジクやきのこなどの料理を食べました。特別に和牛のしゃぶしゃぶも注文しました。地元の酒のペアリングの選択もあります。いい値段がしますが、レベルの高い食事体験です。
楽海は、神通川沿いの高級温泉ホテル、雅樂倶にある2軒のレストランのうちの1軒です。まず、雅樂倶は普通の温泉ホテルではありません。デザインはモダンで芸術的で、建物の隅々にアート作品（絵画、彫刻、家具）が飾られています。すべての部屋はユニークで、贅沢な快適さの定義です。トレゾニエはフランス料理レストラン、楽海は日本料理レストランです。夕食は2軒から選べ、朝食は楽海で提供されます。
食事中に、スタッフが調理と提供を手伝ってくれた和牛しゃぶしゃぶを食事に追加しました。食事自体は、10月の食事だったので、柿、イチジク、野生のキノコなどの季節の食材や、その他の秋のご馳走を中心に作られていました。すべての料理は美しく盛り付けられ、複雑でした。楽海では、各料理に地元の日本酒を組み合わせるオプションがあります。トレゾニエでは、各料理に地元のワインが組み合わせられます。この食事は高価ですが、富山の他の地域ではあまり見られないレベルの洗練さがあります。お楽しみください!
