忘年会は2年連続で「おかだ」ということになり、海上タクシーで篠島へ。漁港から狭い路地をたどって5分。定期船の船着き場からだと倍はかかるかな。
まずは早めに食べて欲しいという煮こごり。鯛のお造りもあるけれど、まずはてっさ。合間にぶつぎりをコチュジャンでいただいたり、ふぐの握りをつまんだりしているうちに、熱々の白子登場。塩加減が絶妙。嬉しい悲鳴が各所で上がります。
唐揚げは肉が少なく味も今ひとつだったけれど、焼きフグは炭火で魚醤に付けたフグをちりちりと炙って食べて美味い。炭火の魔力。魚醤も美味しかったので、余っていたぶつぎりや鯛も炙って完食。
一通り食べたところでてっちりへ移行。きっちり食べ尽くしたら雑炊に。
雑炊は白子雑炊。熱々の雑炊に、これまた絶妙な塩加減の白子がごろごろ。はふはふ食べて、締めはオレンジアイス。
