神戸出身のご主人が営む炭火焼のお店です。
カウンターメインで、パッと見た感じは入口も含め、バーみたいな感じ。
お洒落なお店で旅行の最終日を迎えようと、開店時間に合わせてお邪魔しました。
今回頂いたのは、
○黒豆の枝豆炭火焼 ¥500・・・香ばしく、豆の甘味も増したようで止まらない(^_^;)
○出し巻き玉子 ¥600・・・ふわふわで出汁が効いてて良い香り♪
○石垣牛サーロインステーキとフィレステーキ・・・何グラム頂いたのか忘れてしまいましたが、
贅沢にも両方頂いてきました。余分な脂が落ちて、でも、口に含むと肉汁たっぷりで、美味!
○あぐー豚三枚肉ステーキ・・・中までしっかり火が入っているのに、固すぎない、絶妙な焼き加減だと
思います。
今回は飛行機の時間に合わせてバタバタとお店を出てきましたが、機会があれば、
今度はゆっくりとお邪魔したいお店の一軒です。
