今日で4回目?
後輩としっぽり、ガッツリ行きますよ。
まずは静岡緑茶ハイで、スタート!
焼きが出て来る前に、エシャレットをオーダー。エシャレット、結構知らない人、多いみたい…。説明するのもやや難しいですけど…。
さあ、焼き物のスタートです。
今日は笹身から来ました。今日は火が強いのでしょうか?以前より焼きがしっかりめな気がします。勿論、中はレアです。
続いてショルダー。適度な脂感としっかりといた歯ざわり…。
ここで、白ワインにチェンジ!
続いてハーツです。あまり焼きすぎず、柔らかく仕上げています。
モモ肉の登場です。ガッツリ、食べ応えがありますね!
つくねです。こんがり、しっかり。
手羽先もこんがり、ジューシー。
炙りレバー。胡麻油の風味がたまりません〜!
追加で皮とカシラを頂きました。
今回の所感。
いつもより焼きが強めな気がしました…。
