週末の夜しかやっていない、ヤドカリ営業のオイスターバーの、不定期なイベントに行ってきました。この日のテーマは、韓国グルメで牡蠣を楽しむ「牡蠣ポッサムの会」でした!
お通しは、韓国で人気な?乾燥塩昆布!?、大根甘酢漬け、もやしナムルと韓国気分でスタート。
次はオイスターバーならではの、3産地からの生牡蠣。
続いてポッサムに、生牡蠣を添えて。
その次は、牡蠣の入ったチヂミ。
最後にこれも牡蠣入りのスンドゥブ。若い方々や猛者の方は、残ったスンドゥブの汁に、細麺のうどんを追加されていましたが、私は用意されたメニューで、腹パンでした。
ドリンクは、スパークリングワイン、白ワイン、ハイボール、レモンサワー、牡蠣に合った日本酒などと共に、この日は、3種類のマッコリが用意されていました。
今の場所に移転されてからは、今月(11月)下旬で一年になるのかな?最近は横浜駅近辺でも、一年中生牡蠣を提供するお店が増えてきていますが、私はこちら一択かな?
