7月20日に池下に陳建一シェフのお店『四川飯店』 がオープンしたので
約1ヶ月遅れですが、行って来ました。
今日は
ランチでお邪魔して3,000円(税別)コースにしました。
飲み物別注ではなく
冷たいジャスミン茶を入れていただきましたが
これが美味しく
何杯もお代わりしていました。
コース料理は
■口水(よだれ)鶏
蒸し鶏の四川ピリ辛サラダですね。
よだれが出るほど美味しい鶏との事でこの名前がつけられたようです。
スープは
■冬瓜と鶏団子のスープ
冬瓜と鶏団子が
イイ感じでハーモニーを醸しだしてる感じで美味しかった。
■ふかひれの姿煮 土鍋仕立て
\1,500-UPだけど
どうしても食べたかった
コラーゲンたっぷり
これはマジ美味しいです
この内容だったらプラス1,500円は安いですね。
そして陳建一シェフと言えばのひとつ

こちらもマジ美味しいです
辛さは控えめですが、美味さはしっかりしています 。

ちょっと辛さ控えめですが、このくらいが美味しいです。
今まで食べた陳さんの麻婆豆腐の中で一番美味しかったです
※もちろん辛さはリクエストで調整できるそうです。

こちらも美味しゅうございました
陳建一さんのお店は
名駅の『szechwan restaurant 陳』
そして関東で『四川飯店』
等行きましたが
ココがダントツで美味しいです。
料理全体的に辛さは控えめで
日本人が好きな美味しい中華料理って感じです。
辛いのが好きな方もリクエストで辛さ調整できるようです。
