今日は仲の良い仲間で食事会です。出席者みんなの職場と帰り道に便利な麹町を選びました。その中で、いい雰囲気のお店「麹村」さんをチョイス。着物を着た店員がお出迎え。予約した掘り炬燵の個室へ案内していただきます。

先付けからまず美味しいです。これは期待できます。
お料理は順番に提供されます。どれも季節の旬のものでとても美味しいです。それに一工夫されたお料理ばかりで、技術も高レベル。お刺身は厚切りで歯応えも良いです。
みんながびっくりしたのは唐揚げです。カリカリの唐辛子がたっぷりと唐揚げの上に乗せられ、唐揚げ本体が見えません。「辛い辛い」と盛り上がりながら唐辛子をパクパクと。そして、唐揚げはピリ辛に仕上がっていて絶品でした。
もう一つ、旬魚と新じゃが芋の重ね焼きはパリパリとふんわりの食感が同時に味わえて、本当に美味しく絶品でした。
お料理、サービスともに一流。
メンバーもみんな大満足。
