OMAKASEで予約して、初訪問致しました!
二子玉川の高島屋さんの角を曲がり徒歩3分
、お店はそこにありました!
中に入るとL字のカウンターには、10席が用意されておりました。
1人のスペースとしては狭い方だと思いますが、隣と接触する様な事はありません。
分かってはいるのですが、緊急事態宣言下ですので、お酒はありません。
まずは、炭酸のお茶が珍しそうで目に止まったのでお願いしましたが、ビールの代役としては少々荷が重い様です(笑)
さて、最初は蛤のスープで、身体の中を温めます。
次に子持ちのヤリイカを頂き、藁で燻したつぶ貝のオイル漬けを食べたら、プチ日本酒の禁断症状が現れそうです(^^;
続いて、雲丹そば!
これは絶品!お蕎麦の普通サイズで食べてみたい位です(*≧∀≦*)
次は、メヒカリ!
猫舌の私は、要注意の熱々の一品です!

これまた美味!!
バターの香りが、素敵過ぎます
蟹のブランデー漬け
これは、ちょっと食べるのが、面倒です。
めんどくさかりには、困難な一品かも。
さて、ここから握りです。
まずは、復活した浅草海苔を使ったシャリ巻き!海苔の風味が心地よいです。
イサキ、小鯛と続き、牡丹海老登場!
この海老の旨味が、また凄い!!
鰹、ホッキ貝と頂き、鯵!
この鯵も激旨でした!
そして中トロを挟んで、今度は酢〆にした鯵が登場!
こちらの酢〆の鯵は、小肌の代わりとの事でしたが、口に入れと心地よい酸味が鯵の旨味を引き立てます。
続いて、アワビ!
薄く広くカットします。生ハムと同じ原理で、空気に接する面が大きいと、香りが立つます。
マカジキ、シャコ!
おっと、このシャコ、今迄食べたシャコの中で、一番美味しかったです。
次が一口稲荷、稲荷の皮に出汁がたっぷり含んでおり、旨味の稲荷寿司、ガリも入っており、とても良いアクセントです。
キングサーモンの握りを追加!
最後に甘鯛をすり込んで焼いた玉を頂き、握りはおしまい。
本日の最後に濁酒を隠し味に入れているジェラートを頂き、全コース終了です。
量的には、丁度良い配分でした!
満足度の高いお店です。
