約1年ぶりのお邪魔 写真Upです
前回と同様に熟成牛があってオーダー、(色々最近は、美食づいているせいか)以前の時のような感動が・・・
充分美味しいのです が 感動レベルでは無かっただけ
生ハムもちょっと塩辛かったかな
マイナス評価のようなコメントですが、NON NON 多分、前回の記憶から期待が大きすぎたせい!

二子玉に行った際にランチ。 美登利寿司とイタリアンのどちらか?で少し迷うも、こちらにして正解!
いやはや男性は私しかいません。 男性は夜の部の財布係なのでしょう。
本日の”熟成黒毛和牛”炭火焼にただただ感動! です。 これを食べに来ただけで今日は値打ちがありました。 いや今まで生きてきた中でもトップクラスの驚き! 超おすすめ!です。
ランチの、Pranzo B 4,000円
前菜又はパスタ・メインディッシュ・特製デザート4種盛合わせ・コーヒー
を選択。
濃厚な雲丹クリームスパゲッティ、イタリア産フレッシュポルチーニ茸のサラダ≪数量限定≫、真鯛と帆立貝、季節野菜の炭火焼き、本日の”熟成黒毛和牛”炭火焼を選びました。
前菜の前にスープ(鯛のあらから取った)、少し塩分強め。 ポルチーニは(店員さん、写真とっても良いか?と尋ねるともちろんOKと)、わざわざ調理場から、原形を写真撮らせていただきました(小生お願いしたわけでなく)。 原形はこんななんだと小さめの感動。
次に現れたのが、本日の”熟成黒毛和牛”炭火焼です。 小生は”肉食獣”ではないので(魚の方が好み)、どうか?と思って一口。 後は感動の嵐。 塩とバルサミコソースありますが、そのままが一番! 付け合せも、単なるトウモロコシではありません。 サフランバターライスをトウモロコシに似せて作ってあります!
デザート、アイスクリーム・ティラミス・マンゴ・バナナ味小菓子。
代官山にも行ってみたくなりました。 本日は車で行ったので、ワインが飲める夜が楽しみ。
