土曜日に広島に住んでいる友人が予約を入れて訪問。広島の繁華街にある雑居ビルにお店は存在している。
受付がユニーク、詳細は割愛するが異空間に連れ込まれたような演出。
若い女子は喜ぶだろう。
先ずはビールで乾杯。料理メニュー地場の素材を使った多く観光客には嬉しい。
この日頂いた料理は以下。
・瀬戸もみじ豚カツ トリフソース(1280円)
・出汁巻き卵(680円)
・高宮鶏 朴葉味噌焼(780円)
・広島和牛 コウネのすき焼き(1280円)
・燻製盛り合わせ(680円)
・地穴子 天麩羅(980円)

刺し盛りは瀬戸内で取れた素材。穴子の刺身は久々に食べた。広島和牛のすき焼きもトロける旨さ。天麩羅なんかもうまく揚がっておりちゃんとした料理人がつくっている事が想像できる。
接客も若い人ではあるが丁寧でちゃんとしており教育がしっかりしている。
この日は6名で訪問して2時間ぐらい滞在、1人5000円とコスパもよい。
満足です。
