昨年の10月にオープンした近所の居酒屋に訪問。
藁焼きが売りの店のようでとりあえず藁焼きメニューを入れ数品を
鰹の藁焼き
新鮮で藁焼きの香りも程よく乗ってレモン+塩でもぽん酢でも美味しい。
牛タンの藁焼き
藁焼きの熱と香りで出来立てのスモーク牛タンのようなテイスト。ぽん酢、塩+レモン、どちらも美味しい。
和顔鶏のたたき
地鶏の弾力があり、たまり醤油とニンニクの香りレモンの酸で美味しい。
モツ煮豆腐
塩味も程よく、豆腐と良く合う。
花小エビ入りだし巻き卵
エビの香りが程よく乗って美味しかった。
ひこま豚のホルモン鉄板焼
レバーやとホルモンのミックス焼きで、塩見も程よく美味しかった。

ジューシーでマイルドな甘酸旨系で美味

独特のコクのある旨辛甘系で、タイプではないがクセになる味
今時、喫煙可なのは喫煙者にとっては嬉しい。
どの料理もクオリティーが高く、塩味も居酒屋にしては程よく美味しく頂けた。日本酒の種類もそれなりに置いてあり楽しめる。
