来賓を接待するにあたって、やはり地の物をお出しできるお店で外れが無かろうと言うことで、なすびグループのABURI NO SUKEさんへ。結論から述べれば正解でした。ただ、テーブル席六人掛けは狭かったかな。
[ 前菜 ]ふじのくに季節の3種盛り合わせ・・・黄身の醤油漬け・ばい貝・もずく、となかなか攻めている感じのお皿。
[ お造り ]由比・焼津港から 「地魚お造り盛り合わせ」・・・胡椒鯛・太刀魚・すずき、身はしっかりしてて好いお品でした。
[ 静岡名物 ]静岡おでん・・・これを静岡おでんとするかは、まあ何とも、ですが、魚粉と青のりをかければ気分は味わえるってヤツです。
[ 鮪料理 ]鮪のカマの炭火焼・・・今回選んだのはこれが有ったからと言っても良いでしょう。大好評でした。
[ 静岡の定番料理 ]黒はんぺんのフライと鰹のへそフライ・・・鰹のへそとは珍しい。これぞ地場グループの購買力発揮です。
[ 駿河湾の逸品 ]桜海老のかき揚げ・・・これは是非とも押さえておきたい所でして。揚げたてで確かなお品です。
[ 食事 ]生しらすの漬け丼・・・漬けという所がニクイです。
[ 甘味 ]岡部抹茶のチーズケーキ・・・しなやかに強すぎずきっちり締められる仕様です。
さすがは、なすびさん好いお席を設けることができました。
