久しぶりに夫婦で夕食。

毎週火曜日には来るはずの友人はいない。
ジャンプ台で花火大会があると言う(冬にかい?)

お通しが来る前に注文したら手羽先がかぶった。

でも、塩焼きの大型手羽は美味い。
骨付きブタあみ焼き
グワッシな肉々しい豚がいいね。
嫁は「にしん番屋漬焼」にハマったようだ。
ご飯も注文した。 定食かい?
冬場のみの「もつ煮込み」を味噌汁代わりに頼んだけど
要らないよね、鰊と御飯で満腹だろう!
ひと通り食べて「きのこチーズ焼き」を追加。

ご馳走様でした。
私達が来てから随分お客さんを返したけど、
5名で予約のお客さんは連絡無しでまだ来ない。
(小上り10名カウンター8名のキャパなのに)
『もう予約は受けないかな...』とボヤく
分かるわその気持ち。
この1時間で10人以上は断ったもの。
「連絡無しで遅れるお客さんはキャンセル扱いにしたら?」
『そうしたいけど、なかなか出来ないんだよね。
場所が分らないとか、何か起こったとかさ....』
朝倉さんの優しさがこの雰囲気を醸し出してるんだな。
