時刻通りに初訪、口開けじゃないかい
カウンターは板さんの正面、奥には炉端
まずは角のハイボールで溢れ出る涎を抑える
蕪のすり流しに続いて鮑が肝ソースで
あー、美味い
鮑肝は得意分野では無かったが
クリーミーな肝ソースにやられた
二品目にしてノックダウン!

ハイボールから燗酒に~
板さん、笑顔で淡々と料理を続ける
丸めた酢飯が出て、リゾットでどうぞー!
酢飯が肝ソースに合い過ぎ

赤ワインをいただいたが、この肉には軽すぎ
炉端から大トロ鰯の塩焼きが来た
この厚さなのに本当に蕩ける
続いても炉端から太刀魚の大葉挟み焼き
香ばしく美味し 大葉がイイねぇ
割烹の流れをくむこちらでは白子
道内ではタチと呼ぶよなぁ
ねっとり感を引き出す炙り加減が最高!
燗酒の銚子は2本目
炉端焼き野菜は玉葱と南瓜
白菜には帆立の旨味が詰まった餡かけ
白老牛のヒレ肉は一気に食べちゃった
ここで〆の鰻丼
この量が丁度いい
バリっと焼かれた皮目が美味いなぁ
いやー、久しぶりの大大大満足!
ほうじ茶のアイスまで全て筋が通っているかんじ
