朝市で有名な輪島の町、能登の魚介が集まる町で一番との評判のお寿司屋さん。カウンターと座敷席があり、煮物、焼物、酢の物もあります。
GW、4月最後の土曜日、口開け時間の6時、予約の上、入店。一階、つけ場前のカウンターに陣取ります。
この日の寿司種は、こんな感じ。
鮪とろ、のどぐろ、うに、牛とろ、がすえび、いくら、ウナギ、穴子、さより、ひらめ、マグロ(赤身)、ふぐ、バイ貝、かわはぎ、タイ、さば、イカ、かに、甘エビ、アジ…
この日は寒かったので、燗酒でスタート。
■純米酒 おやじの手造り(中島酒造)
お通しには、フキと白身の煮物、黄身酢あん掛け。
■お造り・二人前 = アジ、サヨリ、ふぐ炙り、中トロ、赤身、茹で蛸、タイ、甘エビ
サヨリや、ふぐが入ってるのが、さすが能登・輪島。
■鯖へしこ
七時を超えると、お客さんでいっぱい。給仕さんも職人さんも大忙しです。
■千枚田・純米吟醸 冷酒(清水酒造)

脂ノリノリなのにサッパリしていて、白身は濃厚でウマウマ。やはり、一番!
