長崎・五島の鮮魚を中心に、ハイコスパで地元民に人気の寿司店です。
長崎大学・医学部、浜口商店街のそば。一階にカウンターとテーブル、団体用の2階席もあるそうです。
知人の紹介で、事前に予約して18時の訪問。祝日の夜で、既に大賑わいでした。
つけ場に二代目。カウンター奥に座り、先ずはお造り盛り合わせで、ビール一杯。
アジ、しめ鯖は軽〜い酢漬け、近海の生マグロ(キハダ?)、ひらす(ヒラマサの長崎での名前)。
美味しかったのは、クジラ。
北極でアミを食べているクジラは臭みがなく美味しいのだそうです。
珍味アナゴの肝の醤油煮。
そして、北陸のセイコガニ。
日本酒一献。
自家製の半生カラスミ。
最後に5貫、おまかせで握っていただきます。
二人で1.3万+60円。
シメには、しみじみシジミ汁。なんちゃって。
次回はうちわエビ食べるぞー!
