中目黒駅そば、マンションの一画に隠れる様に存在する高級焼鳥店。所謂、焼き鳥屋の概念を覆すお店。トレード・マークは、ピンチョス式の一口串。料理はコースのみで提供、シメの炭水化物を選びます。
ゆったりと、お酒を愉しむ、都会の大人の憩いの場です。
ご店主の井口さん、居酒屋出身と仰っておりましたが、軽妙なお喋りで、カウンターを仕切っています。キリッと締めたネクタイが単なる焼き鳥屋との違いを、自らに律しているかの様です。

そして、お料理はコースのみ、それにお酒と〆の炭水化物となります。

濃い黄身の生卵がこってり、コクがあり、アルデンテ具合もほど良く、絶品です。
しかし、お幾らだったのでしょう?炭水化物には価格表示がありませんでした。
居酒屋ご出身の店主【井口】さんの渾身のお店は、この本店を発端に、恵比寿、そして、次は西麻布にも進出するのだそうです。
敢えて云うなら、もう少々日本酒の種類が欲しいこと、デザートも欲しいかな。
