京都・祇園の路地を分け入ると、そこは滋賀の山里。愉しい酒肴が供される、心地よい割烹です。
滋賀県出身、近江の名料亭『招福褸』で修行された後、祇園に登って十数年。ご主人・増田伸彦氏の技が冴え、弟子たちがキビキビ動き回ります。
ゴールデンウィーク明け、「葵祭り」の週末、予約は一ヶ月3週間ほど前に致しました。
夜のコースは2種、13,500円か16,500円からお安いコースを選択。
前夜、ユニバーサルスタジオで呑み過ぎた為、お酒は控えめです。
■生ビール
■一寸豆不老泉 山廃純米吟醸 1700円 近江の地酒、呑み易いお酒です。
■雲丹豆腐、鮑、ジュンサイ、天豆
■煮物:鱧(はも)、賀茂ナス、タラの芽
■お造り:鮪、墨烏賊、鳥貝、蛸
肝・塩・かぼすな‥の多様なソースで戴く趣向が素敵です
■穴子飯
■焼き物=鮎塩焼き
未確認ですが、今・話題の滋賀・琵琶湖の小鮎だと思います。
泥臭くなく爽やかな味、それも二尾も‥ 思わず口ずさむ‥♪
♩あの素晴らしい鮎を、もう一度♩(自ら、失笑)

汁。不思議な旨味に満ちています。

出身地の白米を、様々な食材と戴く、ご飯。
しらす、鯛おぼろ、鰻佃煮、特製カルボナーラ、そして、極めつけに十年モノの梅干が登場。
続くデザートも、ゼリー、羊羹と怒濤のラッシュ。やるな、増田さん。
しかし、朗らかに談笑する中、ふっと、人を見定める、ご主人の眼光が鋭く光った。

雅な歓待で、心洗われるひと時を、過ごさせて戴きました。
