以前、同じく煮干し系のラーメンの名店「うお青」さんがあった場所を引き継いだお店が百名店を獲得する名店だと聞いてからずいぶん経ったが、やっと行く機会を得た。電車とモノレールで行くのはナカナカ時間かかるので、駐車場が少ないので、近くの有料駐車場に停める覚悟で来てみた。
お店から歩いて4〜5分の駐車場に停めて、店前到着が13:20。その時点で店外待ちが7人、店内待ちが4名なので、12番目。ちゃんと並び方が書いてあるのは安心。今日は、エンジ色の暖簾なので、メヂカ出汁の日なんだな?何せ、初めて来たので、興味深々。時間の経過とともに、列は進んでいくが、①と②の椅子にご夫婦らしき二人連れ、そしてその後が若いカップルなのだが、③の椅子に進もうとせず、④と⑤に座ったまま、話し続けている…。椅子は⑤までなので、その後ろの私は立ったまま。こういう自分だけ良ければ良い若者にはウンザリするが、ま、美味しいラーメンを食べに来ているので、我慢我慢。待つこと30分で、店内へ入れ、食券を購入。もちろん、メヂカ醤油の特中華、そしてこのラーメンは麺大盛りができないので、2杯目限定の釜玉中華も購入。結局、店内待ちも5分ほどで14:00には座れて、更に5分後、並び始めて45分で、特中華、着丼!
おー!見事なビジュアルだ!まずは、スープをいただく。あー、非常に上品な煮干し系の出汁だ!券売機の上に今日の煮干しが「氷見のカマス、背黒、メヂカ、ウルメ節」と書いてあった!インパクトのあるドロドロの煮干し系も美味しいが、やはりこういう澄んだ煮干し出汁のスープも繊細で美味しいよなぁ。麺は、少し茶色がかった小麦香る細麺で、スープを良く引っ張って、ぷつんと歯切れもよい。トッピングは、チャーシューが3種類。鶏、豚ロース、鴨。当然、皆、美味しい。それに、身の厚いアサリが二つ、それに九条ネギがシャキシャキ効いている。あと、煮干し系の出汁には海苔がよく合う。特中華は、私で最後で売り切れになってしまったようだ。後ろに並んでいる人、ゴメンなさい。しかし、あっという間に完食完飲!しまった!釜玉中華のオーダーが遅れた….。
完食してしまってから、5分で釜玉中華、着丼。おー!これも美しい♫全体を良く混ぜでお召し上がりくださいとのことで、わさびも含め、よぉ〜く混ぜ混ぜ。そして、麺を一口ススル。あー、これはダイレクトに麺の美味しさが伝わる。黄身との相性も良い。これには、コショウも良さそうなので振ってみると、味変になって美味しい。最後の方までかなり味が濃く残っていたので、出汁醤油は掛けずに、ちょいニボ酢を掛けてみたが、あちゃー、やっぱり自分はお酢は掛けない方が好きだったかな?でも、これもあっという間に完食。美味かったなぁー!今度は、塩で来まーす!ご馳走様でした!
