ここに初めて来てから、もう何年なったのだろうか?たしか、銀座から新宿に異動になってからだから、まだ12〜13年といったところだろうか?意外とまだそんなものか?と思うぐらい、初めて食べた日の衝撃と毎年毎年、伺い続けて、もう何回お邪魔しただろうか?
今回も、オーダーしたのは、「希少部位内臓特選コース」¥7000、かなり満足度の高い串焼きが続く。
レバーの半生感、上シロのトロトロ感、牛ステーキは、脂がジュワーっと出てきてホルモンだけでないところが嬉しい。雑炊がついて、お腹も満足。
ただ、ここの唯一の弱点は、お店の内装に吸音部材が少ないので、とにかくお客さんの声が響いてしまって、うるさくて仕方ないのだ。店員さんの声もつられて大きくなって、お酒の追加オーダーも全然聞こえない…。ま、つまり、お料理には全く弱点がないということたなのだ(笑)大変美味しく頂きました。ご馳走様でした。
