約2年ぶりアコルドゥ、今回は夜の利用。
ストーリー性のある料理はもちろんのこと、ロケーション、空間、時間の流れ、いろんな意味で次元が違います。
それぞれの料理が、季節や景色、自然などを表現していますが、そのテーマに自分の記憶を重ねることで、一皿ひと皿に自分なりの意味づけがされていく。
...なんて格好つけて書いてみましたが、そんな哲学的なことを言ってみたくなるような、川島シェフの世界観が表現された非日常空間です。
