福岡空港で会の皆さんと別れ、独り小倉へ向かう
名古屋の友人が小生の福岡出張に合わせ本社出張を予定、小生と同動していただく運びに♪
て事で、今回の小倉入りはお仕事、でもその前夜は・・・午後五時半、駅前ホテルにチェックインし待ち合わせ場所へ向かう。友人の押さえてくれた店は「やす多”」
小倉駅からは少し離れたビジネス街の裏通り、ポツンと一軒オーラを放つ店構え。
入口から真っ直ぐ先は白木のカウンター
白衣に白い和帽子姿の板前が3人
通されたのは薄っすらと香の香りのする個室
私ごとき庶民が大丈夫???
先ずは冷えた生ビールで乾杯し

先付:ウニのゼリー寄せ
蒸物:グジと麦飯のすり流し
造り:天然鮃&酢醤油
椀物:飛竜頭
揚物:トコブシ、たらば、もろこし
佐賀牛の握り、呼子烏賊の握り
焼物:佐賀ロースの香草焼き
〆膳:稲庭うどん
水菓子:抹茶アイス
・生ビール
・田中六五(白糸酒造)冷や7合
スタッフの女性二人も物腰柔かくハキハキと解り易く料理の説明をしてくださる。
「女将さんですか?美味いねぇ」
「いえいえ、私はスタッフですよ」
しかし・・・九州は美人が多いネェ♪
先付けは旬野菜と雲丹のゼリー寄せが出た時点で「お酒下さい!」
蒸し物はグジの素揚げと麦飯のとろろの擦り流し、ゴチャゴチャに混ぜて、との事だが勿体無くて・・・
天然鮃はほんのりと昆布の香り、酢醤油で味が引き立つ一品。
出汁のタップリ張られた揚げ立ての飛竜頭の美味さは言う迄も無く♪
揚物もただの天麩羅では無く、素材毎に素揚げと衣揚げの拘り
そろそろと思う頃合いに佐賀牛と呼子烏賊の握りには参った!
〆の稲庭うどんは冷製で造られ、サラリと完食
飲みも呑んだり、食いも喰ったり、至福の時間を堪能した。
