2025年3月11日に銀座にオープンした鉄板焼店。
生食肉販売許可をとっているため最高級黒毛和牛を使った生肉も食べられる鉄板焼き店となってます。
前菜やブラス料金で変更した櫃まぶしに黒毛和牛生肉が使われてましたが新鮮で美味しかったです。
和牛サーロインステーキに添えられていたフランス産の最高級塩『ゲランド塩』が旨味たっぷりの塩で格別でした。
