京都で青森と福井のお友達と集まった日
夜は私の友人のお店を予約しました。
だってあんまり京都のお店知らないんだもーんw
此処なら間違いない
何回か行ってるし、京都らしい食材も食べられて、
観光客目当てなお店じゃなくて
お値段も安心
カウンターだけで10席ほどでしょうか
創業70年といってたと思います
女将は私の同級生…お父さんのあとを継いでいて、
女将が70年やってるわけではありません(笑)
良くテレビの取材もあって今度も12月2日に
遠くへ行きたいって番組に浜口京子さんと鴨川で投網するのが放送されるそうです。
そんな鴨川で獲ってきた魚がお店の生簀に元気に泳いでます。
鴨川で漁って普通は許されませんが
こちら喜幸は老舗で許されるお店なんです。
先ずはつきだし
3種類あり、選べますが女性4人での訪店。
3種類とも選んでシェアします。
てっぱい(芥子酢味噌和え)・おから・青大豆の汲み上げ豆腐
本家が豆腐屋さんなので、おからも汲み上げ豆腐も美味しいです。
でも私は赤こんにゃく入ったてっぱいが大好き。
川魚のはやを
唐揚げにしてもらいますよ〜
紙に油沁み出来ないように一発で盛り付ける様は、まるで鴨川で泳いでいるようです。
ほろ苦くてサクッと美味しい。
日本酒は伏見のお酒で…
合鴨の照り焼きも、くもこ酢も季節のお料理ですね
くもこって…白子のことです。
裏メニューの薄揚げ焼いたんも注文
かぶら蒸しも名物メニュー
すりおろしたかぶらに、銀杏、グジ、丹波しめじ、ゆり根、粟麩 、よもぎ麩など入って、餡掛けなってます。
ビールは生は無く瓶ビールだけですが、
キリン、アサヒ、サッポロから選べます。
あとサービスの煎り番茶がめちゃくちゃ美味しいです。
スモーキーな燻した燻製みたいな薫りのお茶でした。
メニューには価格書いてないので毎回ドキドキしますがお安いです
4人でシェアしてちょこちょこっと食べて、
ひとり1〜2杯飲んだだけなので
割り勘でひとり3000円ちょっとでした。
美味しかった
ごちそうさまでした。
