浅草・雷門前の老舗「亀十」で、名物のどら焼きをおみやげに。
訪問日は行列ができており、購入まで30分待ち。。
それでも並ぶ価値があると感じる一品でした。
どら焼きは、生地が本当にふわっふわで軽く、まるで和風パンケーキのような柔らかさ。
ほどよく香ばしさもあり、口に入れた瞬間にしっとり溶ける食感が心地よいです。
中の餡は上品な甘さで、小豆の粒感がしっかり。
生地とのバランスが絶妙で、甘さがくどくないから最後まで美味しく食べられます。
待つ価値のある浅草みやげの王道。
長年愛され続ける理由がわかるどら焼きでした。
