事前にうなぎと肝焼きを予約して、当日9時くらいに到着。店内で予約の名前を伝えで当日受け付け完了。このとき、うな重ごはんの量と白焼きが先の準備で良いか聞かれます。日曜日9時到着で、4組目で余裕で1巡目でした。9:55から受付順に店内に案内されます。

●割きたての肝(たれ・わさび) 各1400円
●加茂錦(純米酒大吟醸) 1000円
●ばくれん 緑(超辛口大吟醸) 1000円
会計は食事の後そのままレジへ、予約の名前で伝票を確認して現金、カードで支払い。
割きたての肝は、濃厚な卵黄を絡めたたれとわさび醤油、どちらも美味しいですが、肝の味がしっかり分かるわさびの方が日本酒にも合い美味しかったです。
白焼きは皮がパリパリで、他では食べられない美味しさ!鮫皮ですりおろしたわさび、柚子胡椒、山椒味噌で頂きますが、香りの良いわさびが香ばしく焼かれたうなぎの脂との相性も良く美味しかったです。
うな重もふわふわでボリュームもあって言う事なしの旨さ。卓上の山椒は香りも良くピリッとした辛さもあり、うな重のアクセントとして必需品です。
たまにしか食べれないご褒美グルメとして大満足でした。
