過去にミシュラン三つ星を獲得したことがある日本料理店とのことで楽しみにして初訪問。
おまかせコース 27500円
席に着くとあられ湯が提供され、ドリンクを検討。
まずはビール。メニューを見るとプレミアムの文字が目に入り、プレモルと思い注文しましたが味が違う。プレモルより美味しい!メニューを見返すと「キリン 一番搾りプレミアム」と聞いたことない銘柄。一番搾りの雰囲気を残しつつクラフトビールのような豊潤なビール。出だしから流石と思わされれてしまいました。
食事の進み具合を見ながら料理が提供されるので、心地よく食事が楽しめます。さすがのホスピタリティ!
落ち着いた雰囲気の中で頂く季節を感じる美味しい料理とお酒、贅沢な至福のひととき。
また、特別な日に伺いたいと思います。
●蒸しアワビと食前酒
食前酒は、富山 わかつるしゅぞう 純米吟醸。蒸しアワビは、柔らかくてとても美味しい。ビールも美味いが、これは早く日本酒を頼まないと!

毎回お猪口を選べるのも楽しいサービス。気分も変わりお酒も進んでしまいます。
どれも文句なく料理にも合い美味しかったですが、一番のお気に入りは、ちえびじん!若干甘口で、バランスが良くフルーティーな味わい。
●松茸とカニしんじょの御椀
御椀の蓋を開けると鮮烈な松茸の香りに感動!カニしんじょうも濃厚なカニの味が広がります。
●お造り
まぐろ、たこ、かんぱち(熟成)、ヒラメ、あおりいか、本わさびで頂くまぐろの中トロは見た目からの想像以上の美味さ。熟成かんぱちも旨味たっぷりで、こちらも流石。
●のどぐろと松茸のフライ
のどぐろも松茸もフライは初めてですが、やっぱりのどぐろは美味い。松茸はフライでも豊かな香り。
●小鉢
しめ鯖、かに味噌、白子いくら、ウニ+いふりがっこ。どれも美味しい。ウニといぶりがっこの組み合わせも斬新でしたが、しめ鯖の絶命なしめ加減も流石。
●冬瓜と豚の山椒煮
山椒の爽やかな香りと豚肉の相性も良く美味しい。
●松茸ご飯
文句無しの香り豊かな松茸ご飯。幸せ!
●赤出汁
出汁の効いた赤出汁でだめ押し。
●和菓子、ハロウィン&秋を演出するデザートも楽しく美味しく頂きました。
