浅草寺と吉原の間くらいにある日本料理屋さんです。
大将は京都 露庵菊乃井で修行を積まれたそうで、
東京にいながら本格京料理を楽しめます。
どれを頂いてもとても美味しく、美味しい旬の食材を
丁寧なお仕事で作り出されるお料理たちは、
私の語彙力では伝えきれない素敵な感動するものです。
本当にどれも美味しいのですが、鱧の落としはこれまで
食べたことのないふわぷり感で鱧の味が濃く、梅肉は
優しくて最高です。
豚角煮ととうもろこしご飯も豚角煮が甘くて美味しくて、
とうもろこしも甘くて、万願寺とうがらしがアクセントに
なっていて、こんなとうもろこしご飯もあるんだと
驚きと感動を感じました。
デザートのフルーツみつ豆をまるっとかき氷にしたもので
発想が素晴らしすぎますし、お味ももちろん素晴らしいです。
大将が島根県出身なので、島根の日本酒を揃えているのも
またいいですね。
