2年前は年300食は蕎麦を食べたが、ここは今でも月に6回は通う十割蕎麦のお店
鳥取県では1、2を競う店だと思う
普段は蕎麦粉は北海道のキタワセと地蕎麦の2種類、両方ある日もあれば片方しかない日もある
今は北海道産「キタミツキ」の新そばを食べられる
おろし蕎麦(冷)大盛り 蕎麦はこし、味、香り全て言うことなし
かえしは甘み少なく辛口の濃いめ、これが慣れると癖になる
薬味のねぎ、かつお節、辛味大根もすべてこだわりがあり旨い
辛味大根は日によって辛さは違うがだいたいいつも他所では味わえない程の辛さで良い
キタミツキの蕎麦粉は粘りが少し弱く切れやすいそうだ
地蕎麦はいま花満開で新蕎麦取れるまではまだまだかな
