伊賀市にて・・・
金谷で新年会!!
此処には3年ほど前にすき焼きを食べに来たことが有り、伊賀牛の赤身を食べたことが有る。
只、その時のイメージでは松阪牛に慣れた身にはもう少し脂身も有った方が良いかな??と思ったのも事実。
今回はそのリベンジでもないが、バター焼きにチャレンジした。
又、「ナースなエンジェル」ちゃんと「マリーナ嬢」の食べログデビュー戦も兼ねていて気合は十分!!お店に向かった。
訪問したのは平日の夜、狭い階段を登り風格のある廊下を通って部屋に入った。
今回は5名でお願いしたら、お鍋は2つに分けて調理してもらう事となった。
お肉は1人3枚づつ焼いてくれる。
まずは「シャトーブリアン」・・・バターを溶かしたところでさっと焼き上げる。味付けは事前に塩コショウがしてある。
それをタップリの辛み大根おろしで食べると、甘さだけでは無くキリッとしたお味に変化。一寸びっくりの美味しさ(^_-)-☆
その後順番に、キャベツ、椎茸等を焼いていく。
続いて「ロース」・・・此方は少し脂身を感じるが標準的な感じ。特に問題も無し。
間に、人参、ナス、青ネギを焼いて最後は又「ヒレ」
此方はシャトーブリアンでは無い。此れも美味しいけど、最初の「シャトーブリアン」が衝撃的過ぎて、インパクトは薄い。
最後に玉葱を焼いてもらった後、ご飯とみそ汁でお腹を満たした。
それにしても「シャトーブリアン」の「バター焼き」は最高に美味しい。すき焼きでは今一つに思った伊賀牛も調理法を替えればこんなに美味しくなる。
