東京旅行の続きです☆

青空に行ってきました!
銀座の寿司の名店♪
握りのみのコースをいただきました。
ミシュラン東京2015で2つ星のお店です。
「青空」と書いて「はるたか」と読むみたい~。
札幌「すし善」やすきやばし次郎で12年修行した高橋青空氏のお店。
最近旅行先では日本酒を飲みたくなるので和のお店を予約することが多いです☆
お通しと純米鄙願
鄙願(ひがん)は新潟のお酒だそう♪

これぞ職人が握る寿司。
しっかりした魚の味に美味しいシャリ~。

きりりと響くネタの香り☆

脂ののりがよくこってりっていう感じがしない。

カステラみたい☆
やっぱりお寿司屋さんはしめも素敵。
他にも鯛、赤身、トロ、さば、赤貝など20貫程度いただきました!
銀座のお寿司屋さんはやっぱり少し緊張したなあ~。
