盛夏にお昼をいただくのは、初めてです。
今日は私も含めて、カウンター4人が全てお一人様。
大将は訊かれたコトに答える程度だし、女将サンもお料理の説明のみ
なので、基本はシーンと静かな昼のご馳走になりました(^_^;)。
最初が、柚子の薫るあんかけの掛かった瓜の冷やし鉢。
炙り〆の魚の切り身にポン酢と青ネギ、一味唐辛子。
ピリリとした唐辛子とポン酢の酸味が爽やかでイイですね。
蒸し物は温かい、穴子の茶わん蒸し。優しい味。
鱧・加賀南瓜・万願寺獅子唐・緑竹の天ぷら。
サックリと揚がった鱧に梅肉。他の素材にも、夏が感じられます。
ねっとりと濃厚なずんだあんを乗せたおこわ。
蕎麦はいつもの細身の更科ですが、純白の肌に僅かに黒い星が点々と。
ツルリといただいた後、汁は蕎麦湯でぜーんぶ飲み干しました(^_^)v。
デザートには、いちぢくのシャーベット。
チョットずつ手の込んだ美味を堪能できる、
新橋のお手軽昼懐石としては不動の存在です。
季節をわざと変えて訪問してはいるものの、
今まで一度も同じ料理が出されたことがありません。
にこやかに寡黙(^o^)な大将の、料理に向き合う姿勢が窺われる、仕事ぶりです。
久しぶりに伺ったら、前回から500円アップして3,300円になっていました。
やっぱり、この価格で(最大9名に)毎日お昼を提供するのは
なかなか厳しくなってきているのでしょうね。
