地酒と料理と蕎麦を楽しむための、新橋の小庵。
本来は夜営業のみなのですが、長引く緊急事態宣言を受け
昼の臨時営業をしていると知り、正午少し前におずおずと扉を開けると
空間をとって5席に絞られたカウンター席がひとつだけ空いていました!!
久しぶりの「地鶏そば(太打ち)」1,400円を、お願いします。
いつもながら丁寧かつムダな動きのない、大将の仕事ぶりを眺めます。
濃い灰色をした、極太打ちの蕎麦。
啜るなんてとてもムリで、ワシワシと嚙みしめると
蕎麦の野性味と品格が、バランス良く共存しているのを味わえます。
香ばしく炒りつけられたジューシーな地鶏もも、円やかなつくね、
トロリと甘いネギ、シャキシャキ三つ葉、ホロ苦く薫り立つ青柚子
それらをまとめて太打ち蕎麦に絡みつく、ふくよかな汁。幸せですねぇ。
カウンター席はみんなお独り様で、それぞれ黙って好みの蕎麦を噛みしめています。
イイ蕎麦、イイ空間。
