2017年に初めて訪問したコチラのレストラン。
7年ぶりに、再訪しました。
今回のランチ懐石は、真ん中の12,600円のコースにしました。
予約時の私の名前と電話番号から
以前の予約と食事内容を調べ
前回と被らないように仕入れと献立を作り
前回飲んだシャンパーニュを用意してくださっていたことが
食後の雑談の中でわかりました。
こういう、細かな配慮をしてくださることがとても嬉しい
知る人ぞ知る、静かな隠れ家レストランです。
どの料理も美しく、季節を感じられるだけでなく
地元食材の組み合わせやソース、食感にユニークな視点があって
和洋折衷懐石ならではの驚きと楽しさがいっぱいです。
初めて訪問した娘(今日は彼女の高校卒業祝いランチ)は、
どれも美味しかったけど「ホタテとイチゴと菜の花のサラダ」
「サザエのピラフ」が、特に印象に残ったと言っていました。
穏やかでとても良い時間を過ごせました。
また違う季節に訪問するのが、今から楽しみです。
