寒いとたまには温かいそばが、食べたくなるんですよねぇ。
こちらで温そばいただくのは初めてなのですが、
寒さに堪えかね、身体を温めたくなりまして。
「鴨ねぎちからそば」餅入り1,100円を。(餅なしもあります。)
ブツ切りの鴨肉、ねぎ、ワカメと、揚げ餅が2個。
ワカメとネギがしゃきしゃき&たーっぷりで、揚げ餅のボリュームと共に
満足感をグーンとアップさせます。
鴨肉は、この部位と切り方だとあまり“鴨肉らしさ”は実感できませんが
鴨の脂と旨みは汁に十分溶け出していますヨ~。
でも、このぐらい個性が強い汁になると、こちらの繊細な蕎麦を
温かい状態でひたひたに浸けてしまうのは
「なんだか勿体ない」気がしてしまう、蕎麦好きゆえの貧乏性…???(^^;
細目のうどん、の方がこういう汁には合う気がしました。
私ぁやっぱり、こちらの手打ち蕎麦は、せいろかつけ汁せいろで食べたいのだ!
ということを、改めて確認いたしました(苦笑)。
温かいそば食べる時は、「立ち食いそば店」を探すことにします…(;´∀`)。
