ちなみに私が食べログをはじめた理由の一つが
この店のレビューを書きたかったからである
当時、池尻大橋で呑むことになり
食べログを検索したらこちらがヒットした
3.05ぐらいのポイントだったと思うが
夜の予算が3000円ぐらいで個人経営のすし屋がヒットすることに少し驚いた
だが、なんとなく悪くなさそうな気がして、
相棒に提案すると快諾、即行くことになった
なぜに池尻大橋で呑むことになったかというと
文化浴泉という銭湯が素晴らしい感じにリニューアルしたので
風呂好きの相棒と行くことになったからである

待ち合わせは文化浴泉、ひとっぷろ浴びて、連れだってこちらに伺う
11月だがすごく寒い日、平日で空いていた
カウンターの奥の方に2名で着席
銭湯からは近いので、寒い日なのに汗だくの2人、
繁華街なら悪い薬でもやってるかと思われたことだろう
寡黙な大将が握るすしは
必要にして充分なおいしい寿司だった
特にふわっとしたシャリが印象に残った
そして本当に
すし屋のカウンターで
お会計なら一人3000円台だったことに驚いたのだった
今月末にて
大将が引退することになった
握り手は大将一人だったから
すごく待つこともあったが
いつでもだれでも大将が握るすしを食べられた
この店が好きだった理由の一つがそこだった
この店を継ぎたいという職人さんがいるらしい
ありがたいことだ
しかし、寡黙な大将の握るすしではないから
仮に店の名前が変わらなかったとしても
私にとっては別の店になると思う
大将は、もう握らないのかもしれない
だけどこんな店に、また会いたい
ごちそうさまでした
