今半人形町店で忘年会!
約一週間前でほぼ一杯だ!
なんとか二階の個室が取れて予約し伺う
コースは15750円の極上牛と3品
(牛は青森牛)を頼んだ。
予約時間に伺うと下足番が居らっしゃる
高級店だなぁ!
一階は鉄板焼きフロアで
二階が個室のすき焼き(しゃぶしゃぶ)フロア
仲居さんも気持ちいい接客だな~
個室におっさん2人収まり
忘年会スタート!
部屋専属の仲居さんにバトンタッチ
ベテランの仲居さんでかゆい所に手が届く接客術だな~
まずは海老芋と蛸炊いたん
そしてビール!!
続いて七種の語尾に"ん"がつく縁起物
を頂きおっさんも縁起よくなるのだ!

お肉を立てるふくよかさが良いね~!
おっと!飲み過ぎるとお肉と合わせられない(笑)
本日の今半さんの御めがねに叶ったお肉は
青森の牛さんである!
正直見た目では何処産かはおっさん判断で出来ないが
見ただけで美味そうだ!
すき焼きは全て仲居さんが調理して頂くタイプ
玉子は途中で新規も出る
仲居さんの接客術でも美味しさ倍増
老舗のなせる技!
見事な技術で仕上げられる
”すき焼き”は美味いの~!
お野菜や名物の”今半麩”も頂き
〆は”フワトロ卵かけご飯”
要は残った割り下に玉子を入れて半熟で
ご飯に乗せたハズレ様が無い
美味すぎる逸品だなヽ(^。^)ノ
いろんな意味老舗のちからを感じた
楽しい時間であった!
