土曜18時半頃訪店。白山通りから一筋入ったシチリア料理のお店。壁の青色、一枚板のテーブルと良い雰囲気。
コースはcena(¥6380)。前菜2種、パスタ、メインが選べる。
先ずStuzzichinoは、タラのブルスケッタ、甘いカボチャ、マグロの血合、レモンの上にタマネギ、彩りバランス良い。
次いでZappa di verdure、スープというか、野菜のペーストのよう。何が入っているか失念。
前菜1つ目は、Polpette di finocchietto、フィノキエット団子でハーブのお団子、トマト味で酸味がワインと合う。
2つ目は、Fegato alla sicilianaレバーステーキシチリア風、オレガノの香り。
パスタは、Lumache di mare in patella、ツブ貝のパスタでアルチェッポが使われている。トマトとツブ貝がたっぷり。
メインは、テーブルで合わせることが必要で、Involtini al pistacchio、牛肉とピスタチオのインポルティーニ(¥495追加)、愛媛のはなが牛の中にモッツァレラとピスタチオの粉を入れて焼き、外にもピスタチオをまぶしている。柔らかさとピスタチオの食感と香りが印象的。
珍しいお料理も多く、楽しめる。いろいろチョイスが楽しめるのも良い。
