仕事では何度もお世話になりながら、一度も会食の機会がなかった取引先の社長(しかも大学の後輩)と、ついに実現した念願のお食事。その舞台に選んだのは、新橋の酒亭ぷくぷくさん。
比較的若手でも気軽に入れる雰囲気ながら、内容は本格的な割烹。席数は多くないものの、カウンター席に加え個室もあり、今回は4名で個室を利用させていただきました。
まずは前菜から圧巻のラインナップ。お酒好きにはたまらない“酒のアテ”の八寸。
前菜:旬菜と小鉢のおつまみ八寸
• しらたきの刻みゆばとちりめん山椒
• すっぽんの身とお出汁で炊いたおから
• めかぶとエノキの返し和え
• サーモンの塩辛
• ホワイトアスパラ豆腐 バジル味噌のせ
• 魚のつくね 生海苔おろし
• 鯛の子と新生姜の炊き合わせ
これだけでも日本酒が止まらない。しかも、コースながら“手前に寄せて、お酒とゆっくり合わせてください”という自由度の高いスタイル。こういう心遣いが嬉しいですよね。
